Ordering and usage terms

Tvelio is a brand of VDB Digital Software. These terms cover the website, hardware sales, TV subscription inquiries and technical support.

1. Inquiries, prices and availability

Tvelio TV is presented at an indicative €100 for 12 months. Sending a WhatsApp or Signal message is an inquiry, not automatic acceptance or payment confirmation. Availability and any access must be confirmed before acceptance and depend on the necessary distribution and territorial rights.

2. Mollie and Bitcoin

A subscription may be offered after review with an individual Mollie payment link, where permitted by the payment provider, or a unique Bitcoin invoice. Do not pay a static wallet address based on a screenshot. The BTC amount, network and expiry must be confirmed on the invoice. Tvelio only confirms payment after Mollie verification or the required blockchain confirmations. Transaction fees and any conversion details will be disclosed beforehand.

3. Fulfilment and rights

This site neither sells nor issues individual activation codes. No access to content is granted without valid agreements and the required distribution and territorial rights. Tvelio does not bypass access restrictions. Proof of payment alone does not establish entitlement or delivery.

4. Hardware

The I96 King TV box has a fixed price of €99, including delivery within the Netherlands, and is sold separately using the Mollie checkout. For destinations outside the Netherlands, any applicable shipping charges are displayed before payment. The hardware does not include a TV subscription.

5. Consumer rights and refunds

Statutory consumer rights, including applicable withdrawal, warranty and refund rights, remain in force. Any immediate digital performance and effects on withdrawal must be separately agreed in accordance with law; paying in BTC does not remove consumer rights. 6. Privacy and support

Never share passwords, M3U URLs, wallet seed phrases or other sensitive access credentials through WhatsApp or Signal. Personal data is governed by the privacy policy and applicable law. Technical support concerns Tvelio hardware and lawfully acquired accounts.
