Returns and refunds
Tvelio is operated by VDB Digital Software. For hardware purchased online by consumers, the statutory 14-day withdrawal period generally starts on the day after delivery. You can notify us of your withdrawal by emailing algemeen@vdbdigital.nl with your order reference. You may use any clear statement; no special form is required.
Returning hardware
After notifying us, return the product within 14 days. Contact us first for the correct return instructions and address. Unless otherwise agreed or legally required, direct return shipping costs are paid by the customer; the cost depends on the chosen carrier. You may inspect the product as you would in a shop. Any diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning may be deducted where permitted by law.
Refunds
We refund the eligible purchase price and the standard outbound delivery charge, where separately charged, within 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods or you provide evidence of having returned them, whichever occurs first. Refunds use the original payment method unless you agree otherwise, without additional refund fees.
Faults and warranty
Statutory conformity and warranty rights remain in force independently of withdrawal. Contact us if your product is defective or does not match the description.
Subscriptions and digital services
Different statutory withdrawal rules may apply to digital content and services. Any exception requires the legally applicable conditions and, where required, your explicit prior consent and acknowledgement. A separate merchant's subscriptions are subject to that merchant's disclosed terms and legal obligations.
