TV subscription checkout
The TV subscription is sold and billed by the external merchant identified before payment. When you continue to that merchant's checkout or account portal, information you enter there is processed by that merchant under its own privacy notice and terms. Tvelio does not process the merchant's payment-card data.
Why does Tvelio use data?
To operate the website, handle Tvelio hardware orders, provide technical support, prevent fraud, secure the service and meet legal accounting or administrative obligations.
Tvelio service providers
Tvelio may use specialist providers for hosting, security, hardware payments, shipping, order processing and transactional email. Only data required for the relevant task is shared where legally permitted.
External merchant
The subscription merchant is an independent party responsible for its own subscription account, billing, payment processing and related data processing. Review that merchant's privacy information before completing the subscription checkout.
Retention
Tvelio does not keep its own data longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, taking legal administrative and tax retention periods into account.
Your rights
For data controlled by Tvelio, where applicable law allows, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability and object to certain processing. Requests relating to data controlled by the external subscription merchant must be directed to that merchant.
