Tvelio TV installation

From subscription account
to a working player.

A reliable setup starts with a subscription account from the external merchant/provider, valid access details supplied directly to you, a compatible device and stable internet.

1. Open your subscription account

Use the account created with the external merchant/provider and retrieve the access details supplied to you.

2. Prepare your device

Update the operating system and install a compatible player for your Smart TV, Android TV, Google TV, Apple TV or Tvelio Box.

3. Enter your access details

Use the valid M3U, portal, app or Xtream-compatible details supplied directly by the merchant/provider.

Smart TV setup

Open the TV app store, install a compatible player and keep the television software current. Enter only access details supplied directly to you by your merchant/provider.

Android TV and Google TV

Use Google Play to install a suitable player, keep the device updated and enter your valid subscription details. Restarting the device and router can resolve many setup problems.

Apple TV

Install a compatible player from the App Store, update tvOS and verify that the network connection is stable. Player availability can vary by region.

Tvelio Box

Connect the I96 King/Tvelio Box via HDMI, connect it to the internet and install or open a compatible player. The €99 box is a separate Tvelio hardware purchase; the external TV subscription is handled separately.

Buffering troubleshooting

Check the network before replacing hardware: test Ethernet, restart modem/router, reduce Wi-Fi distance, close unnecessary downloads and update both the device and player.

Lawful use

Only use subscriptions, providers, services and content you are legally entitled to access. Tvelio does not grant broadcasting or copyright rights and does not bypass provider restrictions.

What should I check before setup?

Open your subscription account, make sure the merchant/provider has supplied valid access details, update your device and use a stable internet connection.

Is Ethernet better than Wi-Fi?

Ethernet is usually more predictable. Strong Wi-Fi can work, but interference and distance can affect playback.

What if my Smart TV has no suitable player?

A compatible external device such as Android TV, Apple TV or the Tvelio Box can be easier to use.
